The Online Master of Science in Leadership with Ministry Concentration is a graduate program offered Belhaven for a total of 36 hours of credit designed specifically to enhance the professional skills of the leader of the Ministry. These programs serve and assist the adult professionals who strive to develop and improve their leadership and management roles within the Church, parachurch organizations, other departments, and other aspects of their professional lives.
In addition, the program is intended to foster an understanding of individual students, both internal and external forces of social, political, interpersonal and their economy in influencing the decision-making process within an organization. Master's in leadership has been well structured to serve both holders of a Bachelor's degree in business and other disciplines.
Master of Science in Leadership classes is offered in eight week terms. All lessons are taught from the Foundation according to the views that come from the Bible, and every student will be taught to lead with confidence, critical thinking, and can achieve success in accordance with the teachings and principles of Christianity.
