Caldwell College Athletics are several sports teams Caldwell College men and women who participated as a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division II. Known as the Cougars, sports teams Caldwell is a member of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).

All students in Caldwell who want to participate in any athletic activities associated with the university's Intercollegiate athletics programs, must first obtain a physical examination by a team of doctors Caldwell. To receive a physical program, the student-athlete must have completed medical The form filled out and submitted at the time of the physical program.
There are five forms that must be filled out completely and submitted
:1. Personal and Insurance Information Form
2. Pre-Participation Physical Form
3. Liability, Risks, concussion Form
4. concussion Statement Form
5. Sickle Cell Statement Form
Student athletes must first downloading the above form before arriving at the university campus to receive physical program.
All student-athletes must complete and return all five forms. If you have seen a doctor for any new injuries or heart-related studies please bring documentation from the doctor. Read the Sickle Cell Information and call the Athletic Trainer with any questions.
